#boxweek7 It is a popular street food of Mumbai made with sprouts and topped with onion, tomato, is a delicious wholesome meal.1

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the sprouts properly.

* Step 2

In a pressure cooker add sprouts, potato, turmeric powder, salt, and water and cook for 3 whistles.

* Step 3

Soak tamarind in water for half an hour, squeeze the pulp and keep aside.

* Step 4

In a pan add oil, then add cumin seeds, when it becomes golden add chopped onions and saute.

* Step 5

Then add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and saute.

* Step 6

Then add tamarind pulp and saute.

* Step 7

Add the sprouts and potatoes and give a mix, then add water, simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

* Step 8

Garnish with chopped onion, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
