Basil cream cobbler

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season fish with salt, pepper, and dried basil. Set aside

* Step 2

On a large pan, sauté mushrooms until brown

* Step 3

Add garlic and onions. Cook until onions are translucent

* Step 4

Season with basil and add shrimp broth. Simmer to boil

* Step 5

Add all purpose cream, cook in low heat until thick and fragrant. Season as needed.

* Step 6

Coat fish in flour and fry till golden. Garnish with dried parsley. Serve with sauce and rice
