Tomato, bacon, and mushroom pasta 🍝

I had to use up the tomatoes and mushrooms in the fridge so came up with this recipe!! Nothing could go wrong with this combo!! @missfluffy thank you for the tip about boiling the pasta πŸŽ‰

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 clove

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a pan. No need for oil. (At the same time, start boiling the pasta)

* Step 2

Once the bacon releases some oil, add in chopped garlic and mushroom

* Step 3

After the bacon is cooked, add in the tomato as well. Once the tomatoes are soften, add the chicken stock and pepper to adjust the taste.

* Step 4

If the pasta is not ready, put the pan with the bacon on low heat while you wait. Once the pasta is ready, toss it in!

Quickly pan fry everything for a minute and it’s done! I’ve added some chili flakes on my to add a kick
