Vegetable soup, mainly carrot πŸ₯•

I had some leftover vegetables so I decided to use them all and make a soup. It surprising turned out great so here it is!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people

Cooking time :

30-40 min
200 ml

water

250 ml

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt the butter and start cooking the chopped shallots until it’s soft

* Step 2

Add in the chopped celery and carrots.

* Step 3

Once vegetables are softened, add in water with a cube of chicken stock. Boil it on low heat for 20-30min

* Step 4

Stop the heat, add in the milk and then put it in a mixer

* Step 5

Heat it up on low heat and bon apetit!
