Toppogi (Spicy Korean mochi soup)
This is great for batch cooking with very low effort! My Korean friend taught me this 🇰🇷

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix in all the spicy sauce ingredients in a pot
* Step 2
Chop the vegetables and mushrooms
* Step 3
You can get the Korean mochi and fish cake from Asia markets
* Step 4
Put them all in a pot with the spicy sauce and cook for 30min on low hit
* Step 5
Mix occasionally so the mochi doesn’t get stuck together
* Step 6
And it’s done! It’s tasty with boiled egg as well
