* Step 1
PREPARE THE FILLING :. TO prepare this boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl. Then add onions, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder and red chilli powder and mix well.

Put wheat flour in a large bowl. Add water and knead into a soft dough. Make a small ball and add a spoonful of filling to it. Then make parathas. Now seal the dough and round it with your fingers. And roll them
* Step 3
Heat oil and fry parathas, cooking them on both sides with ghee on both sides.
