Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Qeeme mein 1cup pani or tamam ingredients (aalo,hari dhania or hari mirchen) ke elaw sub kuch daal kar as ko 20 mint tak cook karein.

* Step 2

As ko cover kar ke cook karein ke qeema gal jaye to as ko achi tarah bhone ke oil nikal jay.

* Step 3

Phir Add potatoes, mix well. Add 1 cup of water, cover and cook 30 mins over low heat or until potatoes are tender.

* Step 4

Add chilies and coriander right before serving. Mix well. Serve hot with naan, chapati or rice.
