Aloo bengan ki sabzi or baingan aloo is a delicious vegan and gluten free recipe from India. Made with eggplants & potatoes this tasty dish is very easy to make. nlike the food served in Indian restaurants, the home-cooked everyday meal meals are very simple. * Step 1
Alu or bengan ko cut karlen or pani mein rakhden
* Step 2
Pyaz ko oil mein fry karen sath hi zeera or methi dana bhi daal dein, pyaz brown hojayen to usme lehsan adrak ka paste daal dein
* Step 3
Usme tamam masalay or tomatoes add karke bhune
* Step 4
Usme alu add karen or mix karen 1 min tak
* Step 5
Usme bengan bhi add karden or achi tarah bhune
* Step 6
5-6 minutes ke liye dum pe rakhden jab alu or bengan gal jayen to usme hara dhaniya or mircehn add karen
