Ingredient

chaat masala

1/2 tsp

zeera

2 pinch

meetha soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hard boil the eggs for 4-5 minutes, and peel and cut them.

* Step 2

Add all the other ingredients in basin and make a paste with water

* Step 3

Dip the eggs in basin and deep fry in oil uptil light brown

* Step 4

Serve with chutney
