Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour in a bowl and knead a soft dough using water.
* Step 2
Now make small balls of dough and roll it to form circle using rolling pin.
* Step 3
Heat iron skillet or tawa on gas put rolled roti on it. Cook it from both the side. Then put it directly on heat using tong and cook it from bth the side so that it will puff like balloon.
* Step 4
Serve hot with dal and sabji.
