Biscuit Cake (only 4 ingredients)

I have tried so many BiscuitCake recipes in the lockdown but this one was the best out of the all. The combination of cream biscuit and a glucose biscuit is what gives you the fluffy texture in the cake. I baked this last night and we all finished it right then. So somehow in haste, I managed to click these pics and now sharing it with you all. I have baked it in oven but you cake bake it i pressure cooker as well.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven at 180°C and line baking tin with parchment paper.

* Step 2

Into a jar, add the Biscuits and blend them into the coarse powder.

* Step 3

Transfer the biscuit powder into a bowl, add sugar and whisk well using fork.

* Step 4

Now gradually add milk, start with 1/4 cup milk into Biscuit-sugar mixture and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps. Keep adding milk in quarter proportion. A cup of milk is completely used to make the batter smooth.

* Step 5

Lastly add eno and mix it in the batter in single direction.

* Step 6

Pour batter into the baking tray, top it with some nuts and bake it for 30 mins at 180°C.

* Step 7

Once baked, let it cool for 10 mins, slice and serve.
