Nan khatai

Melt-in-the-mouth Nankhatai made in desi ghee are all set to treat my family. They turn out to be so soft and scrumptious that you won't stop at one piece for sure. Not only they are easy to bake, but also you get to eat the fresh ones right out of the oven and oh my goodness, they taste super yumm!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, add in the maida, besan, suji, milk powder, powder sugar, salt & cardamom powder. Mix well.

* Step 2

Pour in the ghee and form into soft dough. Divide in equal size small balls.

* Step 3

Shape into round peda like shape, top with nuts & place into baking tray.

* Step 4

Bake into preheated oven for 15-17 mins at 160℃

* Step 5

Once bake, let it cool a bit on wire rack and enjoy.
