Palak Paneer Pulao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Microwave broccoli and peas with water in microwave-safe close container for around 3 mins and keep aside

* Step 2

Wash and soak rice for 20 mins in water. Boil them in water until cooked. Drain excess water and keep aside.

* Step 3

Put raw spinach into mixer and blend into puree, keep aside.

* Step 4

Heat ghee in pan, add cumin seeds and onion, saute for 2 mins.

* Step 5

Add garlic and saute until onion turn golden brown.

* Step 6

Now add tomatoes, and let it turn mushy.

* Step 7

Add chutney and spinach puree and cook this for 2-3 mins.

* Step 8

Now add broccoli, peas and salt to taste and mix well. Cook for another 1-2 mins.

* Step 9

Add rice and saute for a min until coated well with mixture.

* Step 10

Transfer into serving plate, top it up with diced paneer. Sprinkle black pepper powder and red chilli flakes. Serve hot.
