Hariyali paneer tikka,a mouthwatering paneer tikka.It is an ideal party starter or evening snack with goodness of paneer and aroma of pudina and coriander..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilli with lemon juice to get a fine paste you may add a little water if you feel the mixture is too thick.
* Step 2
Wash the paneer, onion and capsicum.cut the paneer,onion and capsicum into medium sized cubes and keep them aside.In a bowl,add the green paste,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,all purpose flour,black pepper,chaat masala and salt and mix well.
* Step 3
Add oil in the bowl and then add paneer,onion,capsicum cubes and mix thoroughly so that the paneer,onion,capsicum cubes are well coated with the green mixture.Use your hands to mildly rub the mixture on the paneer cubes.The all purpose flour that you have used will help the coating to stick to the paneer,onion,capsicum pieces.
* Step 4
Keep aside to marinate for at least two hours.But it is generally advisable to marinate the paneer,onion,capsicum overnight.This makes the tikkas tasties as the spice are better absorbed by the paneer,onion and capsicum.
* Step 5
Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.Now thread the marinated cubes with 1 inch gab into skewers and place it on the grill rack and grill it for about 15 minutes till it colour lightly.
* Step 6
Hariyali paneer tikka ready.
* Step 7
Serve hot with green chutney..
