Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil enough water in a deep non- stick pan or kadai,add the spinach and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Drain the water using a strainer and reference the spinach with cold water.

* Step 2

Combine the blanched spinach, roughly chopped garlic and green chillies in a mixer and blend to a smooth puree without using any water.keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat the oil in a deep non- stick pan or kadai,add the red chillies, garlic and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.

* Step 4

Add the onion and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes and add degi mirch mix well.

* Step 5

Add the spinach puree, cream,milk and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

* Step 6

Add paneer cubes,mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

* Step 7

Garnish with fresh cream,fried onion.

* Step 8

Serve hot with parathas,butter naan and rice also.
