Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse poha quickly with water. Drain the water completely.
Cover and set aside to soften.
* Step 2
When the poha turns soft, add some salt.Run your fingers through the poha to break the lumps & spread salt.
* Step 3
Heat a pan and add peanuts.
Dry roast them until golden & aromat. Remove to a plate and set aside.
* Step 4
Pour oil to the same pan and add cumin.When they begin to pop, add hing, onions, curry leaves and green chilies.Saute until the onions turn lightly pink.
* Step 5
Add boiled cubed potatoes and saute for a min.
* Step 6
Add turmeric and poha. Mix well and cover the pan.Cook on a very low heat until the poha turns hot.
* Step 7
Next add coriander leaves and switch off.Adjust salt & Sprinkle lemon juice. Mix poha well.
* Step 8
Garnish poha with roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
