Chicken

raisins

1 tbsp

almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadai.Add oil & onion. Saute till it's transculent. Add ginger, garlic paste & salt.

* Step 2

Dry roast whole spices and make a fine powder

* Step 3

Now add the chicken pieces & mix well.Add the spices.Add water around 4 cups.

* Step 4

Let it boil.Once the chicken pieces are tender,take them out and shallow fry both the sides.

* Step 5

Now in that kadai of water,put rice and let it cook slowly.

* Step 6

By that time,take a pan.Put little oil and sugar. Caramelize the carrot & raisins.

* Step 7

Boil some water and soak the almonds.Now remove it's cover.

* Step 8

Once the rice is done,put the chicken pieces on it.

* Step 9

Garnish with caramelized carrot and raisins & almonds.
