Stir fried brussel sprouts

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the Brussel sprouts by into half and chop the ginger, garlic and spring onions. Heat oil in an iron work and add the brussels, ginger garlic and spring onions.
* Step 2
Toss them allon high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Next add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Toss well.
* Step 3
Stir fry and cook on high flame until the brussels show some brown spots. Enjoy!
