Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whish the butter and sugar till pale. Add the curd, vanilla and sifted flour plus baking powder. Mix well to get a thick batter.

Heat up the waffle iron and brush with butter. Put a blob of the batter, close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
