Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the ginger root well and crush it(keep the skin).Slightly crush the peppercorns, dalchini and the cloves. Along with it. Wash the jaggery and set aside.
* Step 2
In a vessel take water and add all the ingredients for kadha. Let it come to a boil. Lower the flame and cook till it reduces a little.
* Step 3
Strain and have about 1/4 cup of hot kadha 3 times a day. (Strain while having, leave the garam masala in it until the next dose).
