* Step 1

Peel and chop the potatoes. Soak in water with some salt for 30 minutes. Deep fry the potatoes in hot oil. Strain and set aside. In a pan heat very little oil. Add green chutney, red chilli powder and some salt. Saute for a few seconds. Now add the fried potatoes and mix well. Enjoy along with dal and rice.
