Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the green part and the stalk of the hibiscus. Wash them well. Take the flowers in a vessel, add basil leaves, mint leaves, fresh green tea blades, grated ginger and water. Let it come to a good boil. The flower will leave out it's colour. Now add lemon juice and honey. Stir well for a few seconds. Switch off flame. Let it cool down and then strain the iced tea. Chill and Enjoy!
