Potato Pancakes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them using a grater. Squeeze out all the water and transfer to a bowl. To this add salt, pepper, garlic flakes, cornflour, chilli flakes, cheese, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
* Step 2
Heat some oil/ ghee/ butter in a non-stick pan. Meanwhile, divide into two parts. Place one part between two plastic sheets and flatten with your hand.
* Step 3
Transfer the pancake mix to the pan. Cover and cook till golden and crispy on one side. Flip and cook the other side too. Similarly make the second pancake too. Enjoy!
