* Step 1
Wash and slice the brinjal vertically and keepnin cold water. Prepare the batter using besan, rice flour, haldi, red chilli powder, salt and zeera powder. Add enough water to get dipping consistency. Pat dry the brinjal slices, dip in the batter and fry in hot oil. Enjoy!
