Raw Mango Pachadi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and grate the kairi. To this add half of the sugar and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator overnight. Dry roast red chillies, dhania, jeera and saunf. Cool and grind to a powder. In a non stick pan cook the kairi along with salt and haldi till the moisture evaporates. Now add the roasted masala and the remaining sugar. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and Enjoy! This pachadi can be stored in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
