Ham loaf

#GlobalApron 24 week 4 ham. What to do with all this ham. I had a 10 pound ham and there's 9 1/2 pounds left.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings

Cooking time :

60 minutes
1 pound

ground ham

1/2 pound

ground pork

1

egg

3/4 cup

milk

1/2 teaspoon

pepper

3/4 cup

brown sugar

1/2 cup

water

1 tablespoon

vinegar

1/2 teaspoon

mustard powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

* Step 2

Mix all loaf ingredients together, form into loaf place in 9x5 loaf pan. Bake covered for 1 hour (after 30 minutes you add glaze) bake until internal temperature is 165 degrees.

* Step 3

In small saucepan combine glaze ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Let simmer to reduce and thicken. That took me about 25 minutes. Pour over loaf for last 30 minutes of cook time.
