Prawns pulao
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the prawns with the ingredients mentioned under marinate.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a vessel. Fry the prawns and remove and set aside.
* Step 3
In the same vessel add more oil. Add the whole garam masala and the sliced onions and saute for a few minutes. Now add the tomatoes and saute for some time. Add the ground green masala and mix well.
* Step 4
Add all the other dry masala and mix well. Now add the curd and mix well. Roast the masala well.
* Step 5
Now add the water required to cook the rice along with salt. Let it come to a boil then add the rice.
* Step 6
When the water almost dries up add the prawns and boiled eggs. Mix well.
* Step 7
Cover and cook on simmer till rice is done. Serve hot. Enjoy!!
