Chicken Popsicle
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and squeeze dry the chicken mince.
Combine all the ingredients from chicken mince till 1 tbsp cornflour and mix well.
* Step 2
Prepare small oval patties and pierce medium sized skewers into the patties to form popsicles.
* Step 3
Place them on a clinged tray in the freezer for one hour.
Remove from freezer and dip in cornflour mixture and then the crumbled cornflakes.
Freeze again for half an hour.
* Step 4
Deep fry on medium flame in hot oil till crisp and golden.
Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
