Dhokla
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sift the besan in a bowl add salt,turmeric, sugar,baking soda and mix.nicely now add ginger,lemon juice and water and stir to combine whisk the mixture nicely for next 5-10 minutes cover the batter and set aside add fruit salt to the batter and mix the batter will rise and turn frothy
* Step 2
Pour the batter into the greased bowl cook dhokla in the steamer for 15-20 minutes
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds once seeds crackle and curry leaves,green chilli saute for few seconds and then add sugar pour water and stir to ddissolved turn off heat allow tempering to cool down a bit add lemon juice and mix
* Step 4
Pour the tempering over the dhokla garnish dhokla with corrinder leaves
* Step 5
Serve dhokla with green and sweet chutney
