Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Desolve jaggery in water and boil it to make a syrup
* Step 2
Allow the jaggery syrup to cool.in a big bowl take the flour add ghee and mix the flour with this ghee evenly
* Step 3
Add fennel seeds knead into a tight dough using jaggery syrup let it rest for 1 hour
* Step 4
Take a small portion of dough roll it cut square or rectangle shape
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and fry the mathi till brown
* Step 6
Enjoy the rustic taste of this traditional indian gur mathi with fresh homemade white butter
