Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a oil in a pan add jeera,and let it crackle add,cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and big cardamom cook till aromat add sliced onion stir and cook till onions gets turn translucent
* Step 2
Now add chopped green chilli, ginger garlic and cook 2-3minutes add soaked cashew nuts mix well and cook 2 minutes thereafter let the mixture cool down
* Step 3
Add mixture in a grinder jar and grind it grind a fine paste
* Step 4
Heat 1tbsp butter and oil in a pan add onion cashew paste stir and cook 2 minutes add yoghurt mix and cook add salt,black pepper,and sugar and mix well cookfor 5-6minutes
* Step 5
Now add cream mix and cook 2-3minutes add paneer cubes,Kasoori methi and mix well
* Step 6
Serve hot with butter nan
