Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scrub and wash the small potatoes cut the potatoes into cubes and keep aside
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan add jeera when the seeds crackle.add onion paste and saute on a medium flame add ginger garlic paste and continue sauteing on medium flame
* Step 3
Once the onion paste becomes nice and brown add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes then add all spices and give a mix add water and once gravy comes to boil.throw in the cut baby potatoes
* Step 4
Keep the flame in medium and let the potatoes simmer the gravy for 7 to 8 minutes
* Step 5
Then add garam masala,amchoor powder and coriander leaves
* Step 6
Serve hot with paratha and roti
