Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine yogurt, ginger-garlic pasts,chilli powder,corrinder powder, salt, deghi mirch and lemon juice together in a bowl and mix well.

* Step 2

Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat evenly cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

* Step 3

Skewer the chicken cubes.roast in preheated oven, grill, tandoor turning cubes occasionally for 10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly basting at least once

* Step 4

Remove cubes from skewers and place on a warmed serving tray garnish with cream and coriander leaves

* Step 5

Serve hot.
