Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a large bowl add flour, grated carrots,, green chilli, onions,ginger,red chilli, salt and corrinder leaves and water in it mix it well and knead them in to a dough make sure that dough is not sticky

* Step 2

Take small portion of the dough and make parathas

* Step 3

Heat non stick pan over medium heat and add ghee in it place a paratha on it cook the paratha apply oil in the both sides and cook it well

* Step 4

Make sure that both sides are crispy and brown in colour

* Step 5

Serve hot with curd or pickle to enjoy
