Mango vanilla pannacotta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly in a mixing bowl take 1tsp agar agar powder and add 2tbsp hot water

* Step 2

Mix well add dissolve agar agar completely

* Step 3

Further add 2cups of mango puree

* Step 4

Mix well making sure the pulp gets mixed up with agar agar uniformly

* Step 5

Place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly

* Step 6

Pour in prepared mango puree till it reaches the rim

* Step 7

Now refrigerate it for 2-3hrs till it sets completely

* Step 8

After 3hrs make sure to check the mango mixture has set completely

* Step 9

Now prepare cream layer by heating up milk

* Step 10

Add in 1tsp agar agar powder and whisk well

* Step 11

Cook the milk on medium low heat till it steam (do not boil)

* Step 12

Further add fresh cream and whisk well

* Step 13

Now add sugar powder, vanilla essence & pinch of salt

* Step 14

Whisk and dissolve sugar completely,switch off the flame

* Step 15

Let milk cool for 10mins in room temperature before pouring to the glass

* Step 16

Now take out glass fr refrigerator to this glass add milk mixture and transfer this glass back to refrigerator and refrigerate it for 3hrs or till set completely

* Step 17

Finally garnish with mango pieces and mint leaves, serve chill
