Semolina balls/sooji balls
Sooji balls is a healthy and easy breakfast recipe
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast sooji on low flame till it turns aromat (dont burn) keep aside
* Step 2
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan to this add chopped green chilli next add chopped ginger saute well, to this add 2.5cups of water add grated coconut,salt mix well and bring it to boil now add roasted sooji to this no lumps should be formed, when water absorbes sim flame cover and cook for 3mins
* Step 3
Switch off the flame, knead dough when slightly warm prepare soft dough
* Step 4
Make small balls out of this sooji dough and place in a steamer and steam for 10mins
* Step 5
For tempering heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add mustard, jeera once it splutters add urad dal, chanadal, curry leaves, cashewnuts, red chilli chopped, turmeric, red chilli powder, saute for a min then add steamed balls mix gently,
* Step 6
Coat masala to sooji balls well add some coriander leaves and lemon juice to this, switch off the flame
* Step 7
Semolina balls are ready to serve
