Laccha seviyan
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a kadai and take some ghee and fry all nuts till golden brown, take out and keep aside
* Step 2
In same kadai, heat the milk add water too, and boil it on low flame for 10 mins,stir in between so that the milk doesnt stick to the bottom of the vessel
* Step 3
Add the sugar & condensed milk & cook for 5 to 10 mins,stirring continuously
* Step 4
Add fried nuts,cardmom powder and cook for another 2 mins
* Step 6
In a bowl take prepared kheer and add some laccha seviyan to it
* Step 7
Garnish with some nuts and rose petals
