Tiranga pulao

#tricolorpost2 Tiranga pulao is the series of three colours or tri colour pulao recipe which have all unique flavors of rice, it has vegetable like spinach and carrot in it. It's also healthy pulao recipe with full flavors and spices in it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1)For white rice

* Step 2

Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add zeera when zeera starts to crackle add green cardmom, kaju, green chilli chopped fry fr a minute, next add salt and boiled rice

* Step 3

Mix well and cook on low flame

* Step 4

Now ur white rice is ready. Keep aside

* Step 5

2) for orange rice

* Step 6

Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil

* Step 7

Add cardmom, pepper, and cloves, ginger paste and grated carrot

* Step 8

Fry for a minute

* Step 9

Next add red chilli powder, pinch orange colour

* Step 10

Add boiled rice, salt and garam masala powder

* Step 11

Cook for 2mins on low flame

* Step 12

Now ur orange rice is ready. Keep aside

3) For green rice

* Step 14

Blanch spinach once it cools add spinach and 1green chilli,mint leaves in mixer grinder and make puree

* Step 15

Heat oil in a pan,

* Step 16

Add cardmom, pepper cinnamon and cloves

* Step 17

Next ginger paste, spinach puree cook for 2 mins

* Step 18

Next add boiled rice,salt green colour, garam masala powder,coriander leaves mix everything well

* Step 19

Cook for 2 mins on low flame

* Step 20

Now ur green rice is ready. Keep aside

* Step 21

For garnishing : take steel round tin and lay orange colour rice for first layer next add white rice lastly green rice

* Step 22

Demould ur tin,apply star anise on white rice layer
