Eggless tricolour cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degree
* Step 3
In a large bowl combine together refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt
* Step 4
In another bowl add yoghrut, sugar mix well then add oil vanilla essence & beat till smooth
* Step 5
Pour the dry ingredients into wet mixture and stir gently to combine then add milk gradually and incorporate everything well (use cut and fold method)
* Step 6
Now divide batter into 3 equal parts
* Step 7
In one batter add saffron colour, another batter green colour and one batter keep it white
* Step 8
Mix colours properly in batter
* Step 9
In a greased tin first add green colour batter followed by white then saffron batter
* Step 11
Bake the cake for around 25 -30 mins or once a toothpick inserted in a cake comes out clean
* Step 12
Once it's done take out from oven
* Step 13
Place cake on a wire rack and cool in room temperature
* Step 14
Once it's cool cut pieces and serve
