#Crispy And Crunchy Palak Fritters The flipside in this is that each palak fritter is coated with besan and fried .This makes palak fritters crispy and crunchy. Usually kids don't like palak and they are not interested how good it is for them .

Ingredient

8-10 leaves

palak leaves

1 cup

besan

to taste

salt

Fir frying

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, put all the above ingredients and make batter by adding little water.

* Step 2

Cut the stem of palak, wash, wipe it and sprinkle little salt and red chilli powder on each leaf.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a kadai.

* Step 4

Dip each leaf in the batter ; fry on both sides and fry till golden brown.

* Step 5

Sprinkle little chat masala on it and serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
