As the name suggests it's s combination of seven veggies. As it's covered ( dum), and cooked on slow flame it is very nutritious. Moreover you can use veggies of your choice.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ctut all the veggies into big pieces, Ladiesfinger and onions just slit it.
* Step 2
Add little salt to all the veggies and keep it aside.
* Step 3
Heat kadai and saute chopped onions till transparent.
* Step 4
Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and mix.
* Step 5
Add all the veggies, except both the tomatoes.
* Step 7
Flip with gentle hands, making sure veggies don't break.
* Step 9
When veggies are half done, add all the dry masalas, chopped and big pieces of tomatoes.
* Step 10
Cover and again cook on slow flame till all the veggies are tender.
* Step 11
Squeeze lime over the veggies while eating.
* Step 12
Serve hot with roti or paratha.
