Yam Flowers Ki Sabzi (Suran Je Gulan Ji Bhaji)

#Zerooil This is a Seasonal Vegetable. Sindhis love this vegetable a lot .Loved by the elders of the house.Last year and this year it was not available in the Bangalore Market.But one of my MIL s friend brought it from Chennai. It was already cut so could not take the pics.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, wash and cut yam flowers in round shape.

* Step 2

Heat presssure cooker and ginger garlic green chilli paste, onions till translucent. Add tomatoes, salt, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and curd. Mix well. Add yam flowers and little water. cook for 2 whistles. add coriander leaves.
