Chocolate Leopard Bread

milk

1/4 cup

water

4 tbsp

butter

1/3 cup

coco powder

2 tbsp

yeast

1 tsp

salt

warm milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Starter-in a pan whisk the flour, milk, water, baking powder, soda. Summer till it thickens. Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool

* Step 2

Dough-combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add egg, milk & the starter mix

* Step 3

Knead the dough

* Step 4

Add the butter and knead to a soft dough. May take 15 mins or so

* Step 5

Divide the dough into 2

* Step 6

Cover 1 part and let it rise

* Step 7

Take the other part and add the coco powder along with a tsp of milk.knead the dough well. Cover and let it rise too

* Step 8

Let the dough rise. May take an hour or so

* Step 9

Take a bread tin and grease it

* Step 10

Take the white dough and divide the dough into 2

* Step 11

Roll the dough like a log and place it at the bottom

* Step 12

Take the chcoockate dough add divide it into 3

* Step 13

Make 2 logs out of it and place them over the white dough in the tin

* Step 14

Make a roll of the remaining dough and place over the chocolate rolls.

* Step 15

Let the bread rise again for 30 mins

* Step 16

Brush the top with milk

* Step 17

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 The Celsius for 40 to 50 mins

Once the loaf cools, slice the bread
