Methi thela very easy to make nutritious dish . It is very easy to make . It is very famous cuisine of gujrat .
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take methi leaves,wash it and chopped it finely.
* Step 2
Now in a big pot take whole wheat flour,then add gram flour, methi leaves,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,sesame seeds,salt,ginger green chilli paste and 1 tbsp clarified butter. Mix all ingredients well. Then make medium soft dough with it by using water. Cover it and Keep this dough aside for about 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Now take small portion of dough and small ball with it. And roll it with roller pin and make roti shape.
* Step 4
Take a tawa,when tawa is getting hot,put this roti on it and cook it from both sides by using clarified butter or oil. Methi thepla is ready.make more theplas are ready.
