This is very delicious and healthy recipe .Garden seeds and jaggery both have good qualities .You can make these laddu after pregnancy. It is very good for lactating mothers .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take garden seeds and add about one and half cup water in it and soak it for about 30 minutes.keep this aside.
* Step 2
Now take a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee. Now add jaggery, when jaggery starts melting and dry coconut powder. Saute it for about 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Then add soaked garden seeds,and cook it for about 7-8 minutes. When mix starts leaving the sides of the pan turn off the gas. Add cardamom powder.let it cool down for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Now take small portion of mix and make leMon size balls with it. And make more like that. Garden seeds jaggery laddoo are ready.
