Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a smooth batter of suji with onion,tomato,capsicum,dry masalas curd,water.

* Step 2

Now heat oil in a pan and add sarson seeds and hing and roast them.

* Step 3

Mix this tadka in the batter and beat well with hands.

* Step 4

Add soda and mix well.

* Step 5

Pour the batter in greased idli sanchas.

* Step 6

Heat wok half full of water.

* Step 7

Keep the stand in it.

* Step 8

Place the idli sanchas plate on the stand and cover the wok with lid.

* Step 9

Cook the idlis on sim.

* Step 10

Inthe meanwhile check them with knife whether they are cooked or not.

* Step 11
