green peas

1 tbsp

soy sauce

1 tsp

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil add garlic, ginger and cumin seeds saute it for 2 min.

Then add tomato and green peas saute for 2 min.

Add red chilli powder and salt mix well. Add egg (optional) saute for 1 min.

Add sauces and vinegar mix well saute for 1 min on high flame.

* Step 5

Add rice mix well on high flame cook for 2 min then switch of the flame.

Serve hot fried rice.
