Mutton Manchurian

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Shred the boiled mutton and keep aside. In a pan add oil when oil gets heated add ginger and garlic saute it for 1 min.
* Step 2
Now add onion saute it for 2 mins. Then add tomato and capsicum saute for 2 mins.
* Step 3
Now add salt and chilli powder mix well close the lid cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
* Step 4
After that add sauces in it mix well saute for 1 min on high flame.
* Step 5
Now add shredded mutton pieces mix well then add water in it.
* Step 6
Now make the slurry in 1 tbsp of cornflour add some water mix well slurry is ready.
* Step 7
Add little by little slurry mix well till Manchurian is a little bit thick. Now close the lid cook for 2 mins on low flame, then switch off the heat.
* Step 8
Manchurian is ready serve hot.
