Extra cheesy pizza without oven / without yeast. Ramadan special

#nonindian Pizza is a traditional Italian dish consisting of a yeasted base ,typically topped with tomato sauce and cheese and baked in an oven or in pan or tawa. It can also be topped with additional vegetables, meats. Homemade Cheese Pizza is one of life's simple pleasures . just a soft crust, tasty tomato sauce, and loads of cheese, all baked to perfection. But today I'm going to show you how to make pizza base without yeast and without oven,  and make pizza in pan.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

How to make :

* Step 2

Add little by little water and make soft dough for pizza base. Knead it well for 5 min.

* Step 3

Close the lid and keep it in warm place for 2 hr.

* Step 4

After 2 hr. Heat kadai add 2 cups salt in it. put the stand and close lid preheat kadai before baking pizza.

* Step 5

Check the base dough it is doubled in size. Knead it well once again before rolling.

* Step 6

Now roll it  in round shape not so thin not so thick.

* Step 7

Now make the marks with the help of fork.

* Step 8

Take this in plate which we use for baking pizza. Now spread sauce which we make for pizza mentioned in pizza toppings Ingredients. Now sprinkle cheese, set the veggies in it.

* Step 9

Also sprinkle cheese on top of veggies. Now put the plate in preheat kadai. Close lid and cook it for 20 min in low to medium flame

* Step 10

Or untill base is baked very well and crisp. Check every  5 min

* Step 11

Pizza is ready  take out in plate serve hot.  Enjoy hot pizza with family
