Cut the potatoes into wedges. Stir in oil, salt and potato spices. Place on a baking sheet in one layer.
* Step 2
Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Until cooked and golden brown.
* Step 3
Add dry spices, salt, finely grated two cloves of garlic and breadcrumbs to the prepared mixed minced meat. Knead the minced meat well with the addition of ice water. You need very little water, about two to three tablespoons.
* Step 4
Divide the minced meat into two equal balls. Form flat cutlets. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
* Step 5
Wrap three unpeeled garlic cloves in foil and bake with the cutlet for 12-15 minutes.
* Step 6
Add mayonnaise and baked garlic to the cabbage salad. Mix well.
* Step 7
Cut the cheese into slices. Place on the cutlets and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
* Step 8
Fry the buns in a grill pan without oil. Lubricate with ketchup. Top with a cutlet with cheese.
